Resetting Your Password

Can't login to your college systems?

If you are struggling to login to your college systems, you may need to reset your password.


You can reset your password for any of the following:

  • Moodle, Open LMS

  • College Computer

  • Office 365 (including OneDrive, Outlook, Word etc)

  • Student Portal (Welcome Portal)


To reset your password, you can either:


  1. Visit us on site and change your password in the Learning Centre

  2. Reset your password remotely


Resetting Your Password Remotely:

You can reset your password by emailing: asklrc@stcg.ac.uk

Please make sure in your email you provide the following details:

  1. Your date of birth (for security purposes)

  2. Your postcode

  3. Your new password*



*Password Rules:

Your password must:



Have a minimum of 10 characters



Include a capital letter



Include a number



Your password must not:




Include your name




Include your ID Number




Include your Date of Birth
