Installing Microsoft 365 on your PC.

As an STCG student, you have access to a free Microsoft 365 account. This will be automatically created for you 24 hours after you enrol! You can install all the Microsoft apps including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote and Outlook on your PC - all completely free!

You can access your Microsoft account by going to: www.office.com. To sign in, click on the orange sign in button.

Your username will be your college email address.

Username: ID Number@student.stcg.ac.uk

*Make sure you replace your ID Number at the front before the @student.stcg.ac.uk

Password: Usual College Password*

*This is the same password you use to login to a college computer.

See All Apps:

Once you have logged in you can see all the apps you have access to by clicking on the 'All Apps' section. This is the best way for you to navigate your way through the Microsoft Apps.

This will show you all the apps you have access to as a student at STCG.

Install Office Apps

To install the Office apps on your PC, select 'Install Office' on the Microsoft homepage - just under your initials. This will bring up a drop-down option.

Select 'Office 365 apps' and this will then start installing the applications onto your PC.
